COMPANY SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, POWER OUTAGES, SYSTEM FAILURES OR OTHER INTERRUPTIONS. THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT OF USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE INTERNET SERVICES REMAINS WITH THE CUSTOMER.
 
THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE INTERNET SERVICE WILL BE COMPLETELY SECURE, CONTINUOUS, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ALL DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. THE CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE COMPANY DOES NOT CONTROL OR MONITOR THE INTERNET, AND THAT THE INTERNET CARRIES WITH IT THE RISK THAT THE CUSTOMER’S PROPERTY, PRIVACY, AND CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION MAY BE LOST OR COMPROMISED. THIS AGREEMNT INCORPORATES THE TERMS OF THE SERVICE AGREEMENT
