See how Cybernet Plus services differs from the competition and how we provide the best Internet experience to our customers.

Superior Access Technology

Cable and Fiber to the Home Internet service providers both use a shared access technology to deliver services.  These technologies limit the amount of dedicated bandwidth per customer which limits customer access.

This means that 200+ residents for cable customers and 64+ residents for fiber customers are competing for access to available bandwidth at any given time, which is why your Internet experience degrades during times of high consumption.

Cybernet Plus uses a superior symmetrical ethernet access technology that dedicates 1Gbps of access bandwidth to each residence, even at peak usage times, providing a superior Internet experience regardless of when it’s used.

Why is upload speed important?

Traditionally Internet Service Providers and the general online consensus, suggest that many consumers need high download speeds and very little upload speeds.  End 2 End Systems does not agree with that assessment.  Applications, cloud-based services, and the way consumers use social video applications has evolved.

When your upload speed is not great, everyone in your household will suffer from online experiences that are sluggish, slow, and intermittent as devices compete for limited upload bandwidth.  This is analogous to what happens when all the cars on a 3 lane highway must merge into a single lane, things slow down, everyone is delayed and has a poor experience. The same is true for all the devices and users in your household who are competing with numerous other households to get into the single upload lane to the internet.

What is a good upload speed?

A Symmetrical One

Upload effects everything you do on the Internet. When you put a file on your Google Drive or sync your photos to iCloud, you are uploading. When you send an email, a message or call loved ones on Zoom or FaceTime, you are uploading.

Today, applications and software rely on the cloud. Shared materials at work, video conferencing and online learning resources all require two-way communication, optimizing for both uploading and downloading.

Why do I want a commercial grade service?

Here at End 2 End Systems we believe in getting the highest quality and value for your dollar, which is why we are delivering a commercial grade service that is traditionally not available to residents.  But what is a commercial grade service?

Just like buying high-end commercial grade kitchen appliances, our services are designed to deliver the top level performance, reliability, and durability the consumer would expect.  Commercial grade Internet services are characterized by having redundancy, high availability, and built upon carrier grade equipment that are designed to operate 24 hours a day for years.

Put simply, Cybernet Plus delivers the most reliable high-speed Internet service without compromise.

No Data Caps

Tired of worrying about how much data your family has used this month?  Have you had to pay for additional data from your current service provider?

With Cybernet Plus Internet services, you no longer have to worry about tracking your data usage.  We do not believe in restricting your Internet Experience and do not have any data caps.

No Extra Fees

Have you looked at your Internet bill lately and noticed additional services fees?  Franchise or equipment rental fees?

All those additional fees add up significantly over time. End 2 End Systems does not believe in the tactics other providers use to impose additional fees.  We have no franchise fees,  additional equipment rental fees or service fees with the Cybernet Plus service.

Simplified Billing

The Cybernet Plus service is provided to all residents of a condominium property which allows the service to be easily billed through your existing HOA dues.

This keeps it simple for residents.  No more additional bills to manage, payments to track, or hassle with additional bank payments.  Residents pay through their HOA and the HOA pays for Cybernet Plus services on their behalf.
