The Cybernet Plus service provides every unit in a condominium building residence with a commercial grade, 1 Gigabit connection for Internet services. Each residence will connect to the Cybernet Plus service through their own home Wi-Fi router through a standard ethernet cable connection.

Customers are free to use any 1 Gigabit compatible home wireless router of their choosing which allows them to maintain privacy and control of the devices in their home, all without pay any additional equipment rental or hidden fees in renting equipment.

COMPANY SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, POWER OUTAGES, SYSTEM FAILURES OR OTHER INTERRUPTIONS. THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT OF USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE INTERNET SERVICES REMAINS WITH THE CUSTOMER.
 
THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE INTERNET SERVICE WILL BE COMPLETELY SECURE, CONTINUOUS, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ALL DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. THE CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE COMPANY DOES NOT CONTROL OR MONITOR THE INTERNET, AND THAT THE INTERNET CARRIES WITH IT THE RISK THAT THE CUSTOMER’S PROPERTY, PRIVACY, AND CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION MAY BE LOST OR COMPROMISED. THIS AGREEMNT INCORPORATES THE TERMS OF THE SERVICE AGREEMENT
